CONCATENATE to SQL CONCAT
Glue first name and last name with CONCAT. A NULL middle name will blank the whole + expression.
CONCAT(first_name, ' ', last_name)CONCAT_WS is not in older SQL Server. CONCAT plus an explicit separator is portable.
