Pandas rename to column aliases

Most renames in a notebook are aliases. Do not rename the table column for a report heading.

SELECT order_id, total_amount AS sales FROM Orders;

A real rename: EXEC sp_rename 'Orders.total_amount', 'sales', 'COLUMN'; — not for a Thursday report.
