Privacy
WorkSQL is a practice product. Queries run in our sandbox against a fake company. We never see your work database.
What stays in this browser
Free progress, the daily streak and demo sound preference are stored in localStorage on your device. Clearing the site data resets that progress.
What we store if you pay
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We keep the email from that checkout so we can restore access on another browser. A session cookie named wsql marks this browser as paid. We do not sell that email.
If you ask us to restore access, or you opt in to a “still waiting” nudge, we send mail through Resend. You can unsubscribe from nudges on any of those messages.
Tools and converters
Formatters, translators and the interview sandbox run in the browser. Pasted SQL is not uploaded.
